Healthy Life coaching free until Dec. 23

Last January, reported that only 8 percent of people successfully keep the New Year's Resolutions that they set. Which means that the rest of us either aren't reaching our own goals, or aren't making goals for self-betterment at all.

We all have hopes and dreams for who we are and who we know we could become. The stress of setting a resolution, knowing that it will likely take a back seat to the realities of life, work, and family, is not something that we need to add to the mix.

Having a healthy life isn't just about nutrition and physical fitness but includes how we live. The Department of College Recreation and Wellness invites you to make an appointment for your Healthy Life consultation with Health Coach Jenna Long today!

During a Healthy Life consultation, you'll sit down for an hour with Long to discuss your health history, your goals or resolutions, and what you already know about what works and what doesn't work for you when it comes to your well-being. Together, you'll create a plan that is tailored to meet your unique needs and fit within your specific lifestyle.

The Healthy Life Consultation is free for employees when you book your January appointment before December 23, 2014. After December 23, consultations and appointments will be available to faculty and employees for a $15 fee.

If you're interested in joining the 8 percent of resolution achievers in 2015, send an email to Long or call ext. 2445 to make your appointment.
