Harvard Din & Tonics to perform on campus Jan. 16

The Harvard Din & Tonics, Harvard’s signature all-male jazz a cappella singers, will make their first-ever trip to Ohio for their Winter Tour of 2016, on Saturday, January 16, at 5 p.m. in the Nestor Hall Auditorium.

The “Dins” are known around the world for their white tie and tails, lime green socks, and quirky humor that engages audiences young and old.  Performing jazz standards from the 20s, 30s and 40s, as well as many contemporary arrangements with a twist of their very own, the Dins are sure to bring you a night you won’t forget! Tickets are $10 for students, and $15 for the general public, available at




New permits to be displayed by Feb. 1

Do you have your new parking permit yet? The new Columbus State employee parking permits must be displayed on or before February 1, 2016. If you have not yet sent in your request for a new permit, go online here and fill out the application. If you have questions about the new permits, email for more information, or call ext. 2323.


Host a table at Welcome Day Jan. 19

The Department of Student Engagement and Leadership (SEaL) invites all campus departments to host a table at the annual Spring Week of Welcome Resource Fair on the Columbus Campus, Tuesday, January 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

The Resource Fair provides an opportunity for you to inform hundreds of students, staff, and faculty members about the services your department provides. Columbus State departments, local community businesses and non-profit organizations are scheduled to participate. Please note that space is limited. SEaL will do their best to accommodate the number of tables requested.

Family and friends of Linda Miller will celebrate her life on Saturday, January 16, at 11:00 a.m. in Nestor Hall Seminar Room D.
