Candidate forums offered June 7

Open forums to meet the candidates for vice president of Information Technology will be offered on Tuesday, June 7, in WD 407.






Join the Pride Parade June 18

You are invited to join the department of Global Diversity and Inclusion and march in the 35th Annual Stonewall Columbus Pride Parade. Captain Lana Moore, a 35-year veteran of the Columbus Division of Fire, will be this year’s grand marshal. The parade will step off at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, June 18, at the corner of South Front and West Broad streets. RSVP to Sarah Baker, at your earliest convenience. Complete details will be sent to all confirmed participants.


Student Conduct to sponsor ‘Empowerment Day’ June 22

The Office of Student Conduct will co-sponsor 2016 Empowerment Day, Wednesday, June 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Columbus State Conference Center, fourth floor WD.

Empowerment Day offers community resources, child support assistance, legal guidance and a job fair with some employers hiring on the spot. The event is free and open to the public. Students are invited to attend dressed for interviews and with copies of their resume. Registration for the event and a list of attending employers and resources are on The Hub here:
