2009 W-2s mailedThe Payroll Department is pleased to announce that the 2009 W-2 Forms for all employees have been distributed via U.S. Mail. Please allow the standard U.S. mail delivery time estimate of 2-9 days.

You are encouraged to take advantage of the Online Form W-2 made available to all employees. Accessing your W-2 online will eliminate the wait for U.S. mail delivery as well as eliminate the chance of a lost, delayed, or misdirected form. All employees can access their W-2 online at

An employee previously registered to receive the Online Form W-2 does not need to do so again. Once you register, you will continue to have access to all current and previous years’ W-2s. If you are a new user, please go here for registration instructions. If you have questions regarding registration or password/user identification, please contact Jason Love at ext. 5972.
