HPC staff form new Olympic Weightlifting Club
logoNo experience is necessary to join Andrew Hargus’ new Olympic Weightlifting Club, which formed this Summer Quarter and meets every Tuesday from 4-5 p.m. in the Fitness Center. In the club, you can learn to lift Olympic-style with barbell lifts. This builds power and physical fitness, according to Hargus, strength and conditioning coach in the Human Performance Center (HPC). The club is open to all students, faculty and staff.  For more information about Olympic weightlifting or joining the club, contact Hargus or Stephen Logan in the HPC.
